Dance for Joy

Dance for Joy classes are designed to spread the love of performing arts for those living with neuroatypicalities by helping to manage and mitigate symptoms of neurological conditions (Parkinson’s, MS, TBI, stroke) and build community through art and connection.


To attend our Dance for Joy classes, just show up at our space (address below). There is no sign-up, but first-time attendees must fill out a liability form provided on-site.​ All are welcome, including caretakers and family members.

Using Movement to help manage ADHD, we will play games, dance, create, and learn how to apply new strategies, at home and at school.  An 8-week Program: February 5 -April 2, 2026

Experience the power, rhythm, and cultural richness of dance foundations, rhythmic footwork, and grounded movement. Dancers will explore polyrhythms, develop greater body awareness, and connect movement to music in an energetic, supportive environment. No previous dance experience required. No sign-up required.
