Dance for Joy
Dance for Joy classes are designed to spread the love of performing arts for those living with neuroatypicalities by helping to manage and mitigate symptoms of neurological conditions (Parkinson’s, MS, TBI, stroke) and build community through art and connection.
To attend our Dance for Joy classes, just show up at our space (address below). There is no sign-up, but first-time attendees must fill out a liability form provided on-site. All are welcome, including caretakers and family members.

Acting for Everyone with Brian

Beginner Level (All Levels are welcomed!)
Dancers will explore a variety of dance styles, develop greater body awareness, build confidence, and connect movement to music in an energetic, safe, supportive environment. No previous dance experience required.
