T.V. Carpio makes her debut as a solo performer with this original one-woman show. An actor, singer, and writer, she originated the lead role of Arachne in Spiderman Turn Off The Dark on Broadway, appeared in Rent on Broadway, and portrayed Eurydice in the pre-Broadway production of Hadestown at the Citadel Theatre in Edmonton. Her film work includes Julie Taymor’s Across The Universe, Spike Lee’s Sucker Free City and She Hate Me, and Neil Burger’s Limitless. Her recent television credits include Big Sky, Chicago Med, The Morning Show, The Rookie, and Brilliant Minds. The daughter of legendary Hong Kong singer Teresa Carpio, T.V. now turns the spotlight inward with an intimate, funny, and fearless exploration of identity, legacy, and self-liberation.
